The Condo Store (TCS) and its principals are known for their multi-year tradition of charitable activities and patronage of Canadian and International charitable organizations. While we aim to achieve leadership in all the businesses we operate, we strive not to lose sight of the importance of giving back to the society and communities in which we do business.

Established in 1972, SickKids Foundation raises funds on behalf of The Hospital for Sick Children. In 2015 SickKids celebrated its 140th birthday. In late 2017, they launched the SickKids VS Limits campaign aiming to raise $1.3 billion for three separate components: a new state-of-the-art building on University Avenue, investments in research leadership, clinical trials and research support units, and to build partnerships to deliver better care.

SickKids has pushed the envelope of what’s possible in child health care, research and learning in Canada. Today, SickKids is thinking beyond the walls of the Hospital, and acting globally.

SickKids is a very emotional and heart wrenching charity that has touched the partners at The Condo Store and our parent company, The Rosseau Group. In 2017, we decided to personally and corporately review our involvement and as such, very much enjoyed participating in Boat Rally and Car Rally for SickKids with cancer through Joel Hock’s fabulous annual program that has to date raised over $20Million for the most vulnerable in our society…kids.

We are proud to have donated over $250,000 in the past 12-months and will be working diligently to increase our financial support to a much higher level for years to come.

It is our vision to empower youth through education by bringing them from the margins to the mainstream. We invest in the best charities that provide both wrap-around and holistic approaches to local and international sustainability through education. We are making the invisible, visible…powerful, independent and strong!

The ultimate goal is not a diploma or degree – we want to see youth gainfully employed in careers they desire. We are proud to have donated more than $75,000 in the past 12-months and will be working diligently to be more involved on many different levels with the one and only, Pinball Clemons.
